Fitness by Zoe (FBZ) is the only boutique fitness expert who helps high-achievers reclaim control of their health without sacrificing their ambition. We combine mindset coaching, time management strategies and personalized workouts that help you prioritize your well-being. As external pressures from your career or the scale start to recede, you emerge physically stronger, healthier, and able to sustain your progress.Certifications include American Council on Exercise Personal Trainer, Youth Fitness Specialist and Behavior Change Specialist; CPR/AED; and MBA from The University of Virginia Darden School of Business.

The first step of possibly working together is to jump on a call to see if this is the right program for you

Barriers & solutions

We'll identify the barriers you're facing and come up with the solutions for you to achieve your goals

Game plan

We'll then put together a game plan of what you'll need to do to reach your goals, how long it will take and what results you should be expecting

Onboarding

If we both agree that it would be a good idea to work together, great! We'll then start the onboarding process.
If not, you'll still have a great idea about what you'll need to do to achieve your goals.

Program kick-off

Once onboarding has been completed, we kick-off the coaching process
