Where I signed up with my first personal trainer. That moment shifted everything.
Graduated from Darden and stepped back into a demanding role at General Mills. Started working with Andrea Claassen, my first personal trainer, to build consistency and confidence while balancing career pressures.
Certified as a personal trainer — because coaching others makes you a better student yourself. Began building a new relationship with fitness: practical, real, and science-driven.
Moved to NYC for a leadership role at Tough Mudder, drawn by the fast pace and opportunity to grow. Started free Fort Greene Park boot camps for coworkers and friends — learning how to motivate groups, create community, and deliver high-impact workouts anyone could do.
Continued running seasonal bootcamps, partnered with gyms, built private training clientele — all while leading marketing teams in NYC’s fast-moving wellness industry.
Named the #1 instructor on Classpass as the pandemic moved everything online. Taught classes from my Brooklyn apartment while still working full-time at Equinox as a Marketing Director. Learned how to adapt, pivot, and support clients no matter what life threw at them.
Left my London CMO role — a position I loved — because something was calling me back home to the US. Joined a mentorship program, clarified my mission, and prepared to take FBZ full-time.
FBZ is now my full-time mission — an online coaching platform serving women nationwide, helping ambitious women redefine what they’re capable of and build strength in every part of their lives.
