While leading marketing teams and climbing the corporate ladder, I was the woman with no system for herself. I built FBZ to fix that — for me, and for women exactly like you. Today it's my full-time mission: helping high-performing women get strong and stop starting over.

About Me

I founded Fitness by Zoe (FBZ) because I lived the version of your life that had no good answer.

I spent 15+ years in corporate America, rising from Associate Marketing Manager to CMO, all while trying to fit fitness and health into the edges. I know what it's like to navigate a packed calendar and 10/10 stress level environment daily.

I'm a certified personal trainer, behavior change specialist, and I hold an MBA from UVA Darden. I've coached 500+ women and have 10+ years of hands-on coaching experience. I know what works — and I know why most of what you've tried before didn't.

Here's what your first 12 weeks look like

Get Clear on Where You Are

We discuss your training history, your schedule, what you love doing (if you're a Pilates regular, great — we'll keep that), and what's genuinely gotten in the way before. Then I build your program around what's actually true about your life, not what's ideal, to achieve and sustain your goals for the long haul.

Get Consistent With The Right Structure + Support

You get a personalized strength program with 3, 4, or 5 training days per week based on your goals and lifestyle. Nutrition coaching is tailored to your needs as well, from clear protein go-to's, meal preparation structure, and strategy for weekends and travel. Your coaching includes a back up plan — what to do when your original plan falls apart, because it will, and that's not a failure. It's just Tuesday. Weekly check-ins and regular touch points with your coach keep you accountable and finding joy in the journey.

By month 3, you're visibly stronger. And you know exactly how to stay that way. Not because you white-knuckled it, but because you finally had a system that moved with your life instead of against it. Strength training is the highest-leverage thing you can do for your body right now: visible definition, energy, bone density, metabolism. Everything else we do supports it. Most clients continue after 3 months not because they have to, but because fitness and nutrition stopped feeling like a chore. It's become part of who they are.
