I wasn't athletic growing up. I've spent most of my career as a desk worker. But when I do anything, I go all in — sometimes to my detriment, usually for the best. Fitness was no exception. I spent two decades trying nearly every modality and alternating between great progress and an unhealthy relationship with food and my body. When I finally figured out what actually works, everything changed.
I'm a certified personal trainer and behavior change specialist, Landmine Level I and II certified, and hold an MBA from UVA Darden. I've coached 500+ women and have 10+ years of hands-on coaching experience. If you've been working hard, trying hard, going hard — and still not getting there: I built this for you.

Recognizing that you don’t need to do cardio 4-5x per week to stay fit has been eye-opening. I appreciate Zoe’s focus on recovery techniques.

This journey has transformed me beyond fitness. I am energized and confident when I wake up, ready to take on the day. I'm happier within myself, and that positivity radiates through all of my relationships.

This is so much more than fitness. It's about mental health, nutrition, time management, and developing meaningful relationships....So many people have come up to me since working with Zoe tell me that I am a totally different person.

We discuss your training history, your schedule, what you love doing (if you're a Pilates regular, great — we'll keep that), and what's genuinely gotten in the way before. Then I build your program around what's actually true about your life, not what's ideal, to achieve and sustain your goals for the long haul.
You get a personalized strength program with 3, 4, or 5 training days per week based on your goals and lifestyle. Nutrition coaching is tailored to your needs as well, from clear protein go-to's, meal preparation structure, and strategy for weekends and travel. Your program includes a back up plan — what to do when your original plan falls apart, because it will, and that's not a failure. It's just Tuesday. Weekly check-ins and regular touch points with your coach keep you accountable and on track.
By month 3, you're visibly stronger. And you know exactly how to stay that way. Not because you white-knuckled it, but because you finally had a system that moved with your life instead of against it. Strength training is the highest-leverage thing you can do for your body right now: visible definition, energy, bone density, metabolism. Everything else we do supports it. Most clients continue after 3 months not because they have to, but because fitness and nutrition stopped feeling like a chore. It's become part of who they are.
